      Some genuinely nice people to work alongside.

      Cons

      A lot of turf protection. Not everyone plays together well in the sandbox. The company promotes this kind caring culture that really doesn’t exist. Leadership is not engaged with the workers. It is expected that you will work constantly on nights and weekends if you are salaried.

      Strong senior leadership Strong company values that are adhered to Welcoming culture with a genuine emphasis on diversity and inclusion Flexible approach to work; highly adaptable

      Cons

      There is the occasional communication challenge, but I believe no company is perfect. I appreciate that our leadership team is at least willing to learn and grow from their mistakes.

      They pay you for being there The store doesn't smell that bad

      Cons

      Constitutionally toxic working environment. Zero training, zero sense that anybody is in charge. Words and actions of emplyees are so routinely out of bounds its the norm and is completely accepted. The apathy and toxicity is unmatched anywhere else......truly astounding.
