      Plenty of oppertunity, lack of compensation/pay

      Pros

      Plenty of room to gain valuable expirence. Great leadership in certain departments.

      Cons

      They have way too low salary expectations and did not provide annual cost of living adjustments. Poor leadership depending on the department.

      Mixed Bag

      Pros

      Great work life balance, lots of great teammates, lots of freedom and opportunity to define projects, lots of people who care about the experience of the customer.

      Cons

      Rigis leadership that really only cares about profits, not customer experience. This unfortunately trickles down into the types of work they support and prioritize.
