Great environment. Very supportive and has a family like atmosphere. Great place to work for young adults aged 21-30

Cons

Very demanding call count (120-180 cold calls a day). Metrics are tough but fair (4 deals each month per BDR). The environment can be cliquey

Pros

I enjoyed the people I worked with, with my boss was amazing, and the company did a lot to take care of their employees.

Cons

One of my coworkers proudly called it the "frat of Omaha businesses," which sums it up pretty well. The culture is centered around drinking, and the upper management cares more about hitting sales numbers than the people getting to those numbers.
