      Pros

      Excellent management/people/and treatment. People at Buildertrend are incredible to be around. They do not micromanage you and are encouraging.

      They offer a lower base salary compared to other companies

      Pros

      - They really care about their people and value them. - Great work life balance - Hybrid work arrangement options available - Lots of in office amenities (Bar, Pool Table, Ping Pong, etc.) - Nice PTO Benefits with VTO

      Cons

      - Chaotic transition to scrum, but they are listening to feedback and adjusting - Honestly nothing is really coming to mind.

      Pros

      Flexible, authentic people to work with, and surrounded by lots of talent. Career opportunities are out of this world, so many possibilities working here.

      Cons

      Premiums significantly lowered last year, but still higher on the spectrum for total out of pocket. Health insurance benefits are good but the costs can always be improved (lowered). Other than that almost no cons.
