      Pros

      Great entry level job for people with little to no experience. Promotes based off performance. Really fun culture. Bar downstairs with 4 kegs on tap at all times. Decent money to be made if you work hard.

      Cons

      Hiring lots of people so winning weekly bonuses can be tough. Have to make lots of calls, it's a grind. Lack of diversity. Little PTO and no sick days.

      young company with tons of room to grow. fun atmosphere with lots of perks. A great place for a young worker.
