Pay is competitive compared to other companies.

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of supervision from BCBAs. No lunch breaks and takes a long time for bathroom breaks. Favoritism is shown. Very high turn over rate. Billing Fraud.

Pros

Hands on and dedicated BCBA's and RBT's who go above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Collaborative effort on all fronts, both BCBA's and RBT's tailor and adjust goals and programs to what the client needs. Management is very understanding and approachable, makes for a great work environment. Very fulfilling place of work!

Cons

Nothing, I enjoyed every part of working at Building Blocks Therapy.

Pros

Pay is good. You meet a lot of great people a lot of great kids. The job offers different perks like company gatherings and they do breakfast. Sometimes they'll surprise you and pay you for the snow days because it was out of your control. They give you a coffee on your birthday. It can be a really fun place as long as you stay focused on just the kid part and doing your job. Full time position is 32 to 35 hours

Cons

After a while you start to notice that for management it's their way or no way they make it seem like it's a collaborative place but they only like their ideas and there's clicks, there is alot of fake smiles . There is no real rights for the women for pregnancy. They are always understaffed. The more responsibility you accept the more they'll give you and they pay you in more hours instead of a raise. They take away phones. People like to over hear conversations then tell others.
