Pros

The co workers are nice but some will back stab you and snitch on you if you aren’t doing everything 100% perfect

Cons

The pay is garbage. You start out of $17.75 if you have no prior experience. People would work there for 2 years and only make $19 / hour.

Good pay, good supervision, really nice coworkers, adorable kids. I was recommended to work at this organization by a friend, and I'm glad I did.

Cons

Working with kids who have autism can be really challenging.
