      Pros

      The co workers are nice but some will back stab you and snitch on you if you aren’t doing everything 100% perfect

      Cons

      The pay is garbage. You start out of $17.75 if you have no prior experience. People would work there for 2 years and only make $19 / hour.

      The other RBT’s and most of the BCBA’s were nice and caring of everyone, especially the clients. Good pay Company pays for your RBT

      Cons

      Weird, almost controlling rules, couldnt have my phone on me during the workday Not much room for growth without a masters Vacant positions were not open for current employees to apply for No HR department
