Pros

Great Management Great Co-Workers Family Style Positive Working Environment You get Due Days (An additional day of PTO if you work holidays on top of time and half) Discount goes from 40%-50% during Holiday season Customer Base is pretty easy going Work is very scheduled and consistent

Cons

Corporate management can take forever to answer or respond to things They use SAP which can be very tedious There are a lot of systems in place that are impeding the work flow Systems are randomly down when there are emergencies, people get back to you late because of most of team being in England.
