Great benefits, work is non stop but not challenging. Good employee discount.

Cons

On your feet the whole shift. No chance for overtime. Like any other job, management will make or break a place.

Hours for operations are normally flexible. Incentives. The charity works and volunteer opportunities are great.

Cons

Not enough communication Lack of staff Lack of training Favoritism Barely any advancement to move up (even internally its a fight to move up or literally move to another state/country) Excepted to be thrown to the wolves without any help..
