Pros

Medical and dental benefits, compensation wasn't terrible

Cons

Discrimination against physical appearance, racism is acceptable and displayed by management, human resources unhelpful to resolve poor management, excuse-driven gossip, poor accountability, aggressive micromanagement, doesn't acknowledge work/life balance. Slow to move up and pretends to exercise diversity to appear cultura. HIGH TURNOVER

Pros

Exciting environment, always a new challenge or situation to approach. Some coworkers are great people who genuinely want to help you out.

Cons

The people can also be the greatest con here as well, your experience in corporate can be widely different depending on who is the manager of your team. Some teams have great supportive managers which in turn leads to happy people under them. Other teams have managers who have been here for a long time but trickle down a toxic culture/don’t know how to be a manager or teach which makes it miserable to go to work on a day to day basis. The bad thing about the teams that aren’t good is that they keep these toxic people around and instead make newer hires want to leave as soon as possible causing the high turnover in some teams.

Generous PTO for Company in Transition

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

As it is a UK company, a generous amount of PTO offered, two weeks vacation, summer days, winter days, due days, personal days, as well as Summer Fridays (Corporate only). Bonus and Stock option given (but not guaranteed). Sample sale (only in corporate though)

Cons

Do not expect to do just the job you were hired for, company has lost/let go of alot of people and roles and tasks have been consolidated not replaced. No clear direction from Finance. It seems there is a huge disconnect between the regions and often Americas is forgotten or left behind by corporate. Corporate Management is focused on titles and positions, rather than who can do the job best...
