      Good pay and perks, but a very clique-ish, juvenile management style

      Pros

      Pay was quite good, discount and employee sale perks, beautiful, quality product, interesting company history/legacy, fun activities for employees from time to time

      Cons

      Overall, a very unfair/capricious management style. Often openly played favorites, had double-standards, no consistency in how rules are enforced. If you’re well-liked and “in the club” you can basically get away with anything. Promotions based on favoritism, from my view.

      Benefits; Digitally savvy; Sales team and Support Team; Global; lots of tools for self-learners.

      Cons

      Uninformed/misguided store management more concerned with being "Yes men/women" than being leaders and true advocates for their stores; No career development - The absolute WORST company to work for if you're looking for career advancement from the store level; Mediocrity is embraced - and promoted; Repetitive Collections masked as being pulled from "The Archives" - Chief Creative Officer needs to step DOWN.

      Pros

      Has potential to be a great company if they started hiring better GMs and AGMs.

      Cons

      Starting off, you only make 1% commission and the work load is insane, the pay is not worth it at all. Upper management enjoys giving out write ups over anything making everyone miserable. Employees barely last 6 months with the company. Favoritism is a big problem. If you want to move up with company, do not think you can in this one, especially if you don't fit their "profile". Excellent talent is going to waste, some associates have been with the company for 3-10 years and are kept in the same position. They do not care about their employees, only the business itself. We had some work environment issues and none got sent home, associates had to stay and clean everything up instead of having everyone move out of harm's way.
