Burger Lounge is an incredible company and gave me the opportunity to apply what I learned in the classroom to the position. I learned how to process terminations, hire/audit new hires, compile employee data, utilize HRIS systems and much more. They also were extremely flexible with my schedule, allowed me to assist in training presentations, and allow me to shadow in LOA, Employee Relations issues, and HRIS/systems meetings. I am very grateful for this position and feel very prepared for my next position in HR from the experience I have gained here.

Pros

Pay is decent considering entry-level fast casual food restaurant. Discounted or comped meal. Slow growth opportunity.

Cons

Easily replaceable. Not loyal. Quality of food is not what it use to be. Most customers depending on location are entitled and always 'right'.

Pros

I am new to the Support Center and I have never worked at a company that did so many fun things for their employees. The Support Center sends out anniversary cards to all of its employees every year on their anniversary and even includes a gift. All employees from the Support Center have to train in the restaurant too to ensure they understand all of the roles, functions and general operations in the restaurant. They definitely care about staying connected and showing appreciation.

Cons

No company is perfect, but I think Burger lounge is always open to new ideas and finding ways to continue to improve.
