In response to your comments, I'd like to share some exciting information: we have promoted 23 Loungers year-to-date- that's around 5-6 per month. Our amazing Learning & Development team continues to re-vamp many aspects of our training programs. One of our Core Values is Continuous Improvement, so we are always evaluating and making improvements where needed. Even though our current employee meal bene is in-par with others, we are enhancing the benefit and rolling-out a defined employee menu that provides our employees with exciting options. You are correct that FOH employees are paid minimum wage + tips. This position doesn't require prior experience and our tips average $4-$8/ hour. Employees looking for career growth won't be in this position long. Our support center is always available to employees and welcomes feedback and suggestions.
