Amazing coworkers while they're there

Pros

Account, design, web, and video teams were some of the best coworkers I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

Extremely high turnover with little opportunity for advancement or raises. Pay is absurdly low compared to similar agencies in the region. Design and web teams were constantly overworked with timelines and turnarounds that were always too short. Questionable and confusing management promotions and decisions.

Pros

The account, web and design teams have some amazing and overworked folks on them. They made the time there better.

Cons

The turnover is obscene. Management is a nightmare. There are people in positions that don't belong there at all. Most of the staff is severely underpaid and leadership is either oblivious or chooses to ignore it. Personal projects will push aside paying client work. Very questionable business ethics and behavior. The agency has been renamed to BRK Global Marketing and currently doesn't have a Glassdoor account.
