Leadership is out of touch and disorganized. When COVID hit, the CEO refused to take it seriously and kept trying to get people back in the office. He could not accept that we could be productive at home, so the micromanaging began. Constant meetings to ‘touch base’ and go over what was ‘top of mind’ that included every person in the company. Instead of wasting people’s time, try trusting them to do the job you hired them for. No one cares about virtual happy hour. It’s a boomer-run agency and it shows.

Employees are severely underpaid, especially if you're not in a leadership role. They set you up for failure, and leadership throws everyone under the bus. Management actually said verbatim "That' what AE's are for, to blame y'all when things go wrong", Creativity is not there, especially in design department. Complete disregard and no respect for diversity, racial comments and questions were said and asked during my time at this agency. BURKE is not a functional or transparent agency. Would not recommend.
