Pros

I worked at BURKE a little over a year, and left for a new opportunity. I found out after a few weeks that the new opportunity wasn't for me. I missed the BURKE culture. I was lucky enough to be hired back. Going back to BURKE was the best decision I have made from a career standpoint. I love coming into work every day. I'm constantly challenged and I'm continuously learning.

Pros

Everyone here sincerely loves their job and is very fun to work with. We have monthly company outings to just enjoy each other. A lot of projects and to-do's, so we keep busy even during typical slow months (Nov-Feb)

Cons

Small company = larger work load, but nothing that we can't handle!
