      Pros

      We have extremely hard working associates. The company would not run very well without them. The store hours are a benefit.

      Cons

      Not enough organization in upper management. The core values are a joke if not practiced by all that are employed with the company.

      management salary is well condusive to what is out in the big box companies Promotions are given fairly and quickly within the company Corporate visits give great feedback to management team

      no professionalism in the work place reviews not given accordingly per corporate to associates and management welcome different ideas from other management and except them and use the tools. long hours with no work life balance. management so mentally and physically exausted that could not function daily duties Need to hire more pat-time employees
