You’re able to do things when you need

You’re replaceable, the pay is awful, and the hours are worse. “Your hours are cut, sorry!” are messages I get almost every time I DO get assigned to a work date and it’s the day of. I’ve genuinely had my hours cut in front of me on the app as I walked into the store. The communication about cut hours only happens the day of as you’re probably getting ready to go.

Weekly pay. Discount. That’s it

Cons

Awful. Discrimination company. Non inclusive, Do your self a favor and stay far away. No set hours for the e.g. you will not know if your working tomorrow until 7pm. Do not make plans for tomorrow. Do not count on it. They send you home for not doing enough. They are constantly yelling at you.
