Pros
Great co-workers, decent office environment, opportunity to learn and advance your skills and knowledge working with professional engineers.
Cons
Do not apply to Burns & McDonnell if you are over 50. They blatantly discriminate based on your age. You will not advance or be hired on a permanent basis as an employee owner if you are over 50. It does not matter how hard you work, how dependable you are or your ability to outperform your younger co-workers with skills, experience, wisdom and maturity. The culture is intentionally very alienating to contractors and contingent workers.
