Pros

Second to none culture, casual environment, passionate workforce, unpretentious, fun, challenging, great comraderie, progressive. Inspirational office w/ a healthy blend of creative, analytical & engineering types in all directions.

Cons

unpredictable business performance, fairly low pay, may be perceived as a culture of competitive cool-ness & breeds a bit of cultural insecurity. in the last few years job security is a frequent concern for many. Difficult to attract highly qualified candidates due to relatively low pay for entry level, rank & file positions.

Pros

Fun fun fun! So many perks! Parties, lift passes, days off for snowboarding and half day summer Fridays! You can work from home when you need to too! Way more life in the work/life balance!!!

Cons

It’s pretty similar to high school. You’re either part of the cool kids group, or you’re just an outsider. Many people just roll in the perks and the rest end up doing most of the work without the credit. There are so many weekly meetings that take up work time unnecessarily. Expect large group layoffs every few years- no job security.

Pros

Great city to live and work. Fun culture and work environment. Industry leading company.

Cons

Low pay. Poor management. Constant reorganization and restructuring. In 9 years I had 7 different positions/managers. This was not by choice. Sustainability efforts do not align with sales goals and creates a constant struggle. Profits are put over people. Product quality is sacrificed for greater margins.
