Pros

Business Control Systems is an excellent company to join and grow your career. They have a talented executive leadership team that supports your learning and career development. If you are willing to put the work in, they will coach you to success! BCS provides an inclusive and diverse workplace . They keep up with the latest/greatest technology! Lastly, they are family friendly and offer great work/life balance! I miss working at BCS!

Great Recruiting Experience!

Pros

I was recruited a last year by a fine young man at this company. During our conversation, he took the time to get to know me and really wanted to understand what I was looking for and what was important to me! I felt valued. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been contacted by Recruiters who won’t even attempt to try to know me and just see me as a number for their quota with zero enthusiasm! Unfortunately, I left because of a much better opportunity but my experience with this company is 10/10!

Cons

The only con was the PTO package. 40 hours and 6 paid holidays isn’t enticing.
