Great environment to learn. You , the employee ,are and should be ,responsible for your own career path. Be resourceful, lots of people willing to help, be specific, be realistic. You will succeed in this face paced fun environment if you are a seeker!!!! Be accountable to yourself. It's not for everyone but those that it is...it's awesome!
