Fun environment to work = work hard play hard attitude, I have met some really great people over the past couple of years and worked in a few different roles and settings ... the company is fast paced and always changing so needless to say no fear of being bored or becoming stagnate catered meals, free drinks, and snacks throughout the day ... a great perk Family oriented events its fun for the kiddos to come and see where mommy or daddy works and I appreciate the events

Cons

training is lacking in many areas, but I know the company is working to improve this and that it is not unusual in companies in the growth stage
