      Pros

      Nice technology, solid customer support. Ultimately will do the right thing for their clients. Nice place to work for young people. Hands-on management. Defined culture.

      Cons

      Hands-on management can be controlling and restricting - limits growth. Culture and very structured environment can be suffocating to more experienced employees who may have a broader perspective than the leadership team.

      Pros

      Senior management is not only approachable, but knows everyone on a first name basis including our President and CEO. Great people. It's like a 2nd family. Great technology. The most brilliant IT staff I have worked with.

      Cons

      Lack of shared unity. Can be a bit crazy if you allow yourself to be caught up in the fast paced nature of the industry.
