Pros

Great employees! I have made some wonderful friendships here!

Cons

You are constantly overworked. You are usually working 3-4 other peoples jobs on top of your own and you get reprimanded if you are not able to keep up. If you have family obligations or prior commitments that make you unable to work the additional hours they want/require you to work, management makes you feel guilty. I was told that I needed to re-prioritize my work/home life balance because I was unable to work extra to stay on top of my ACTUAL work load due to being assigned 2 other positions (management decided that based on numbers, one person could handle this much work) The pay is awful and you never get raises, even if you are a top performer in your area. You will just be told that if you need extra money to work overtime that is available to you.

Pros

Food, Alcohol, and Amazing People. There were definitely benefits of working at Businessolver. It was fun having field day and trying your luck at the Cash Cube.

Cons

Empty promises! They tell a lot about growth and advancement opportunities. They say they will help develop your skills and coach you to the position you want. Well, lies all lies! They bring in new people with no experience to do the jobs you work your butt off for. They promote based on caliper tests or who you know. Promotions equal no increase in pay. Don't expect to receive any raises at all. Always negotiate your salary because they will work the crap out of you! 10 hour days with a 30 min lunch and weekends.

Pros

Free food. Free beer. Casual dress code.

Cons

I worked at Businessolver for a very long time (witholding length to stay anonymous), and only received a raise when I got a promotion. Don't ever expect a raise outside of getting promoted or threatening to quit. Also, don't ever expect to get recognized for the incredibly long hours that you will be required to put in, or the amount of personal life that you sacrifice for this job. I can't count the number of weekend days I spent in the office only to leave still feeling behind. The better that you do in this company, the more they will expect out of you, and they don't stop putting more on your plate until you hit your breaking point. This is the exact reason that they cannot retain some of their best talent and the exact reason that I decided to leave. The hardest working people are smarter than to stay at a company with an unmanageable work load and the people who have enough on their plate to handle are those that do a mediocre job. I also had a fantastic relationship with all of the top leaders in the company, as I started when we were a fraction of the size that we were when I left. Since the day that I gave my notice not one of them could make eye contact with me in passing until my two weeks was up. How unprofessional. Those two weeks have clouded my view of the relationship that I had with them for all of the years that I worked there.
