Pros

There is no reason to work here unless your a complete sycophant. Promotions are handed out based on how low that you are willing to grovel and never on performance or competence. Morale is in the toilet.

Cons

Management, work environment and lack of opportunity for advancement. harassment in all forms, including sexual is palpable. The location manager has created excessive turnover, and the result is pure chaos.

Pros

- Amazing Co-Workers - Free Food, snacks - Beer/Wine and beverages - Ability to learn the industry - Technology - When you leave, companies seek you out, feel your pain and respect you - Stress level lowers upon exiting I took the time to write this review after a friend made mention of applying here and I exposed him to past and current employee reviews at Businessolver. Then saw the regurgitated recently written reviews in their language and couldn't live with myself without warning people about this corporation. You will work hard and it will make you stronger. Not a long term employer or for older workforce. It's a fun place for the hipsters, snow flakes and younger generation of the work force. I enjoyed working there and the technology was stellar. I enjoyed my co-workers and the family like friendships we created. The cons are because of poor Management and shady business practices. I've never seen a company promote so many unqualified people. They do have some great managers that are quality. The employees make that company and made it hard to leave.

Cons

The past 10+ positive reviews you see recently I'm 99.8 % sure we're fabricated by someone in HR to make this company look better or by some one that drinks the kool-aid as they say or said. No one speaks like those people did about their employer unless you're trying to cover up the stink. They're liars and will suck the life out of you. Make promises they can't keep. Constantly changing business model and in the end, the new models-they think are improving the company, are only ways to deceive their employees and complicate things more. They're good at extorting hard work, and breaking promises with no benefit, but to themselves. There was a bonus program put into place right before I left to compensate for the lack of merit raises that you hear about from previous reviews. I don't know if it still in place. I'm going to guess it's probably either gone, or doesn't work or some how distributed unfairly and flawed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you need a job to build your resume, young, need to put food on your table while looking for a better job. Negotiate a salary $5k -$10k higher than their offer unless your desperate. You won't see annual compensation merits. I would negotiate then ahead of time and get in writing. Protect your interest and yourself with these guys.

Pros

For the most part, they pay on time. Be careful to check the 401K contributions, make sure they really did.

Cons

1. The hiring process is very sorority rush driven. They love to keep people on the line for 3-6 months. (It is an internal joke) ........2. Regardless of the job hired for, you will be doing jobs not hired for. I am a computer systems guy and I have to take phone calls from angry employees whom the system has lost their benefits.........3. They have a very dishonest performance review, which almost never (NEVER) ends in promotion or raise. ......4. Leadership style is to give employees (whom they often call 'the employee issue') more than they can handle (which breaks people down) because then they get the "most out of our employees". Don't take a pit stop here.....for anything. Find a better place to work.
