Pros

You will learn how to manage extreme stress at Businessolver. You will also be forced to learn how to either take unwarranted blame or throw another co-worker under the bus. There is a reason a company needs to provide free food and booze. You will also learn that the actual turnover rate at Businessolver is very high. Finally, you will be strongly encouraged to go to Glassdoor and write a positive review of the company. You will provide just enough information that management can identify you in hopes of a long overdue performance review - which will never happen.

Cons

Can't think of any. Being stressed and frustrated beyond what you have ever experienced before will help you learn a lot about yourself and life priorities. It will also help you to appreciate your next job more than you could ever imagine.

Pros

The food and beverage attraction to create camaraderie is a nice feature and often does the job. The employees are genuine and often very caring. For the most part people "seem" happy to have a job there.

Cons

So I quoted "seem" for a reason. For those who have limited contact with the CEO and his counterpart are pretty content with their job and getting underpaid, but for those working in direct line of the two at the top, it's an entirely different story. Have you ever heard of the saying...Leaders create other leaders while managers create followers? Well, that's what you'll get working for this dynamic duo. They do not want you to disturb their strategy nor will they listen to your ideas. If they communicate with their employees at all, it's after the fact and rumors have circulated twice over. They like droids and brown-nosers as their employees. The CEO is the worst of its kind. He struts around the office like he is king belittling those who won't gravel at his feet but he definitely pays close attention to those that bow to his presence. What I don't get is how the board can turn their back to his very poor ratings all over the job boards. That's even scarier to me. His counterpart has their own issues that can't be discussed because they are not appropriate for public review. Let's just say, I feel very sorry for them, and hope that you don't have work directly for them or you'll be confused on a regular basis.

Fake Culture, values, and managment

Pros

Businessolver is a great company. They really care about about their employees. They have a stong work-life balance. I got sick and almost died. Businessolver really looked after me. The management reached out to me after my diagnosis and let me know that when I came back in two weeks they would catch me up to date. They wished me luck in surgery and told me that myself and my children were in their thoughts. I felt secure during my recovery. I knew my job was safe and that I had a huge support system. An extended family to say the least.

Cons

The CONs are that all of the PROs about Businessolver and the management are lies. They did not care when I was sick. Instead of caring how I was doing, what so ever, they were annoyed that I fell ill. They were bothered that my hours had to be reduced. They lied about my dedication, just to put someone else in my desk. I get it, profit before people.
