Pros

Businessolver isn't for everyone and they understand that. Businessolver is a place where YOU are the only person standing in the way of YOUR success. They give you all the tools, knowledge, and support you will need, but will not hold your hand to the next step in your career. That is a PRO in my mind; isn't it the worst when someone gets promoted just because they've been around for 5 years...? That doesn't happen at Businessolver - you earn it and can earn it quickly! Businessolver's growth and market share are increasing drastically year by year and that coupled with benefits adminisitration and technology (2 of the fastest growing industries) makes Businessolver the place to be in town.

Cons

You have to know your limitations personally. Businessolver does such a great job of taking care of it's employees and creating an amazing culture that you feel an obligation to go the extra mile. No one is chaining you to your desk, so you have to know when to shut it off and go home.

Pros

This is a company where you drive your success. I have been here for several years and have been awarded with growth opportunities again and again. The leadership at Businessolver is constantly pushing me to become better at my job by allowing me additional responsibility and the freedom to understand, make decisions and learn from them. The culture at Businessolver is unlike any other organization in the amount of thought and funding that goes towards employee delight and employee engagement. From catered meals and formal holiday parties, to High-Five Hotlaps and Office Olympics, Businessolver employees always know their hard work is appreciated and they are a member of the Businessolver family.

Cons

I always have so many exciting irons in the fire it is sometimes hard for me to shut down. It's a constant pull of loving what I do at work and loving spending time with my family. I know that creating this balance is my responsibility and am grateful that Businessolver provides resources to help balance my work load when I need it.

Pros

I have an opportunity to learn and take on new responsibilities. Working for a growing company...clients, employees and new functionality is a positively overwhelming experience. I have found there are very few people in central Iowa that have really experienced a growing company so many people are ill equipped to understand what it means to really "matter" every day. Also, I don't agree with comments on time off. I manage my clients and I manage my deliverables.....if I can't take time off, I haven't done my job!

Cons

There is no "drafting"...the work I do every day matters. (I guess that really is a positive!)
