Pros

They do feed you well. And the keg and wine at 4:00 pm is fun, especially on Fridays. There is a lot of camaraderie, although it's mostly based in misery.

Cons

This place is craziville. They get you in the door with bright smiling faces and promises of an amazing work environment. Lies! All lies! I was warned not to go there, but I didn't listen. I thought they were exaggerating their "burn and churn" business model. Not so, it's actually even worse. They will suck the living energy from your body, then act all shocked when you leave. The wife is the Madhatter, presiding over this insane asylum. The culture fosters lots of backstabbers. Stay away from this place.

Very well organized. The food was nice, but then felt like I was taking advantage after a while.

Cons

It seemed like everyone there was a bible toting freak! And if you were not a "super" star of your prior industry, then good luck. The minute they get you in there, you are trained on their doctrine. Very strange. A real bunch of weirdos parading around as the popular crowd. Not sure how I got in in the first place (I am sure they are scratching their heads at that one).

Supportive, high energy cuture that promotes creativity, innovation and opportunity. Fantastic people that are more like a family than co-workers.

Cons

High energy sometimes means it can get really noisy. Some of the conference rooms aren't big enough to support our growth (good problem to have)!
