Pros

See headline. It's true. They'll challenge you in the way a good college professor would. You'll never regret the hard work because you'll know that without it, you would have never matured this much in your position. And the culture is second-to-none. Assume positive intent. Be accountable. Live in reality. Work hard. Play hard.

Cons

I left because my salary was not commensurate with the value I was providing. Also, there is some nepotism; I was passed over for a promotion due to their hiring someone without a job posting. Even internally, none of us even knew a position was opening up.

Pros

Be a seeker, everything is readily available to you to do your job you may have to find it yourself since workloads are heavy and those with tenure are generally overloaded in their positions and helping with other positions already. Don't take it to heart when they aren't able to assist you, be a seeker and use the resources available. If you're a favorite of the 'higher-ups' you're golden. If you're not a favorite, be prepared to have a long road infront of you. It's possible though, just keep working hard, coworkers are WONDERFUL!

Cons

Vacation/PTO isn't competitive Pay is below average and really need to push for a raise and it will be delayed which delays all possible future raises. Be prepared for OE as if you're not this time of year will be VERY hard. After three OEs you'll get the hang of it. Don't sweat the small stuff & don't take your work problems home with you.

Flexible hours , decent pay for remote work

Cons

Rigidly corporate - personal metrics were always publicly shared among teams which I thought was kind of questionable, draining work at times.
