We always appreciate the input as we continue to grow and evolve as an organization. I would disagree with comment related to "lack of opportunity". I lead the Talent Acquisition function and have personally witnessed many of our current employees moving into new roles in just the last few months alone. The overall numbers of employee movement has increased dramatically in the last two years and continues on an upward trajectory. I would be happy to discuss live. Chris Brabec 303 406 8774

As a leader within the organization, I continue to be surprised by comments like the above. The Solvers that I know are motivated, energized and happy in their roles. Anyone who fits within our culture understands this is a company where there are high expectations...but that high performance and achievement are acknowledged and rewarded. Also, we continue to evolve our management practices as we grow and mature as an organization. A shining example of this is our new performance management model that requires specific and timely feedback on a weekly basis. For those that are achievement orientated, and that don't shy away from testing themselves with new challenges, Businessolver is an outstanding fit.

Learn from the good people

Pros

It has been mentioned several times over that Businessolver hires amazing people who eventually move on to better things - elsewhere. If you decide to take a position there, really pay attention to the employees who take the time to explain things. They will teach you more than any of the corporate trainers will.

Cons

There’s a litany: no life balance, ridiculous expectations if you do your job well, leaders ready and willing to throw employees under the bus to save a client, etc. Look elsewhere. Find better.
