Pros

Typing so I meet the 5 word minimum

Cons

It makes me sad how they treated their employees. Listen, the grass is much greener on the other side...It is great to be at a company where I feel valued. Do not settle for a position here. One of my biggest regrets besides meeting good people (who are all gone as well).

Pros

The cubicles were cool. I made some good friends while there... but most are gone now too. The free food was an ok perk.

Cons

Choppy training & lack of employee development. Outdated resources; it is like trying to run a never ending marathon with your ankles shackled. After AE ends you come to work and watch your fellow workers disappear, worrying daily if you will be next. Save your sanity and energy for an employer that will truly develop and appreciate you.

Pros

Free food provided, new look interior.

Cons

Very unclear policies. It's odd that a place that is an extension of human resources features a human resources that is very lacking. I've never worked at a place where I never knew what simple company policies were. They say to be a seeker, so if you're a seeker try seeking out the policies, something an employee shouldn't have to do. I loved my fellow employees but the company as a whole does not have a family feel, very cold. If you're a single person, then this might be a great place for you. If you have a family, this may not be a great fit for you. The promote the work/family ratio, but it's a farce. Sounds good in a speech or on paper, but it's an illusion. I sincerely hope that changes. When I toured the area that took calls, I was very surprised at the amount of cursing I witnessed on the short walk through during orientation and that seemed to come from management. Not very professional. I've seen other reviews and I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that it's odd how much of a cult mentality was at this place. Very strange. Speaking of other reviews, to whoever is replying to some of the negative reviews, it comes off as very combative and taking things personally. Not a good look, immature. It makes it look like you are blaming the person and not taking things with a grain of salt.
