Pros
-The culture here is unmatched, even in a remote world. Cameras are required to be on during meetings which makes it feel like you are back in the office -You will learn SO much. Mistakes are made (and accepted) -The teamwork mentality shines through, especially when coming back from a life event like maternity leave -We are given free range to execute fun, creative marketing campaigns -Work from anywhere is encouraged -The executive team is approachable and appreciative of all Solvers
Cons
-Lots of meetings (a pro/con because a lot of collaboration happens on the calls) -In a WFH environment, people will chat you at odd hours but you are not expected to respond
