Pros

There are some really good people

Cons

They have no idea what they’re doing . Seems as if the owners are winging it with fluff to try and sell . Clients are always mad and the system is so configurable no one knows how the thing works .

Pros

Businessolver has the potential to be a phenomenal organization. The product is industry leading and they have a smart hardworking workforce. The shanahan’s run an organization that fosters team work and true collaboration. As an organization they truly delight clients. They invest in the product and the people. We have many other perks as you have read in the other reviews. They offer better than average benefits and they have a decent 401k plan and other benefits that make Businessolver attractive.

Cons

I have pointed out all the great things that Businessolver offers. My disappointment with Businessolver is personal and very apparent. Businessolver is a Midwest company that has recently expanded to Denver, Chicago, NC, and Seattle. With that being said... I am one of a handful of minority’s in my organization. In fact, Businessolver does not have a single minority executive that I know or have met. This is discouraging, considering that we support a portfolio of clients that embrace diversity and celebrate the importance of having a workforce that is diverse. The LGBT community in Denver and Seattle is huge! We also have a very diverse community and Businessolver has not adopted that philosophy. I want to be proud to be a Solver! We are expanding in markets where they celebrate diversity. We are growing the business by attracting clients that have a diverse workforce and celebrate diversity! You have a LGBT workforce that would appreciate support.

As an equal opportunity employer, we hire and promote talent based on skill-set and merit as it relates to a specific position. Our goal is to do our best to ensure individuals are positioned to be successful and to provide the best possible service & support to our clients. Additionally, we are still a growing company with a relatively small leadership team. As we grow, more leadership roles will become available and will continue to be filled based on an individual’s work experience, skills and capabilities. Pros

Wide variety of work. Coworkers are good.

Cons

Little training. Expectations are high. Worked 60 - 70 hours a week and was told I wasn't doing enough. Customers are great, but management just keeps telling you to do more or take a pay cut.
