Pros

Busy, remote and good people.

Cons

Poor leadership from top down if you are in call center. They don't value the call center or the managers that change nearly every year. Very poor leadership and they don't give them enough time to put things in place that would actually make a difference.

Remote, system navigation was easy, good trainers

Cons

They would add overtime to your schedule without asking or making sure you were available to work it. 30-minute lunch, expensive benefit options. Work overload

Will OVER TRAIN you on how to conduct yourself in customer service but less training on the actual job. And they pay is trash.
