      Pros

      Great work life balance for everyday work. Healthy profit margins. Pragmatic CFO.

      Cons

      Very ideological related to non-business environments. Unapologetically woke. Do not work here if you are a hard right winger. Otherwise OK if you can drink some Kool Aid in moderation. Take what management tells you with a gross pinch of salt. It’s not deliberate, it’s just a very fluid organization. Do not take it personally.

      Supportive work environment. Coworkers are great

      Cons

      Tight unrealistic deadlines turning busy part of the year. No OT during the busiest part of the year, not enough staff to manage the work.
