Thank you for sharing your feedback. While BSC has grown at the same planned rate for the last 8+ years, we recognize when employees join us from more traditional companies, BSC's growth may feel "uncontrollable" because it is so different than what they have been used to. I welcome the opportunity to discuss more in depth your feedback & concerns. You can reach me at mklipfel@businessolver.com.

Pros

Unique culture. As long as you are doing your job, micro managing is non-existent. The job I get to do everyday is pretty amazing. It can be very fulfilling.

Cons

It disappoints me that I am writing negative things about Businessolver, but they need to be reiterated, so that things change. I'm not sure things will ever change, since this message has been communicated several times. A lot of the reviews are accurate, some are exaggerations, so I will be as accurate as I possibly can. Yes, it is true that you need to balance your own work/life situation. Even if that is done, there is such a huge amount of work to be done during business hours, that if you do not work from home, projects will suffer. The amount of work that is assigned to everyone is crazy. Just absolutely insane. I have been told to ask for help when I need it, but even when I do, there are not a lot of individuals in the company with my skills, so I'm left high and dry. I have given feedback as to what I need to be successful, but that information has fallen on deaf ears. It truly hurts that I have worked so hard for an organization, only to be left in the dust, and practically begging for help that is promised, but never delivered.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you love your job and I can tell by what you wrote that you are committed to Businessolver. It pains me that you feel management is not in tune with the workload our employees carry. The commitment and investment we've made in our critical to quality efforts combined with our workforce management tool are a direct reflection of our desire to have more transparency into this area. I welcome your direct feedback and encourage you to share details with your leader or me. mklipfel@businessolver.com

Pros

BusinesSolver is an incredibly unique culture. They're driven by making the connection to the customers they serve their A1 priority. But they do it in a way which says "We're moving toward the next greatest thing." They value talent and drive above history and base skillset. It results in an incredible balance of people and life.

Cons

The interview process is very 'Kitchen Table'. They're striving to retain the culture while reaching the new level of employees necessary to move into their next phase. This resulted in several phone calls, a prep interview, and a several hour in person interview with the full crew. Not excessive, but seemingly unmaintainable in the coming months of growth. Still, it allowed me to shine above the others present. And increased my investment in the job to come. But in all fairness, if an Agile team, focusing on maintaining forward thinking is not worth such a process, then you're not looking at the right company.
