Thank you for your feedback. Virtually all employees who separate from Businessolver leave with separation pay unless the circumstances for the separation preclude us from offering it.

Pros

Pay seemed competitive for people willing to go above and beyond Plenty of opportunities to stand out and be recognized Remote work is very flexible and the company is understanding of personal issues that need taken care of during a work day Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help out

Cons

The company culture has shifted from a few years ago. You are treated less like a family member and more like cog in the machine, especially if you are competent. The company leans way too hard on people who can do their job and not enough on others and burn out is a real real thing.

Pros

Food. You and teammates will be close because it would feel like you all got done with a tour in 'Nam.

Cons

LMBF, I didn't know a lot about health insurance in general but assumed BS would teach me. It was more about calls and less about health insurance. I knew nothing about FSA/HSA cards before I got hired and they basically threw me, and all of us, to the fire about understanding it after one 1-hr training class. I didn't get an additional class on it till literally on my last day, a year and half later. It's like being trained to build a dog house and the caller asks you to build them a 4-story mansion with a pool. They literally just throw you into the fire and everyone else and hope you'll all get by (with the crap slogans and Cy Wakeman cult analogies). They don't care about you and it doesn't bother them as they see the turnover as normal. Go into construction.
