      Pros

      Your peers are among the best people you will ever work with. Everyone suffers together, which kind of creates a PTSD bond. The unfortunate part is that senior leadership is tyrannical and insane, meaning the war never ends for those in the trenches.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is ridiculous. Raises are almost not a real thing here. Bonuses are a joke and are rarely actually paid out despite the crazy hours people put in trying to attain them. People are routinely thrown under the bus for client issue due to poor management decisions or false leadership promises to make a logo sale. If you are a prospective client, be warned if false promises by any department or company head.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues (while they last). Food. Client contact. Medical plan & some benefits.

      Cons

      No work-life balance (calls & requests at all hours of the day/night. Too much work to do and no real help to do it. It will never be slow.) Inexperienced leadership (no one will stand up for what’s right & those who do get fired, asked to leave, or pushed out. Don’t ever disagree with Jon or Rae). Lack of transparency (lies & false promises to employees & clients). Humiliation & fear All of these things I witnessed firsthand because they happened to me and many I worked with.

      Zero, zilch, nada, zip, diddly

      Cons

      Read the reviews, they are true, even if they are called lies by R@e. They are the liars. Its hilarious to read the responses from the company, they are dripping in falsehoods. If their investors knew how much time and money Mom and Dad wasted they would be out the door faster than R@e can find a new buzz word to toss around.
