Pros

Free food, some nice co-workers, no heavy gossip to get caught up in. That's about it.

Cons

Where to start. Poor communication, everyday you are bombarded with new information and expected to know it all right away. You are constantly monitored for all behavior. Very PC workplace with a lot of young people who don't have much life experience and who think wearing pajamas to work is a fun event. Kind of juvenile, mindless and fake.. No sense of being a team. You don't know from day to day if you;ll be fired. People start disappearing . like a dozen in the last few months without rhyme or reason, Very weird how they handle firings. Morale is very low. I would not advise a friend to apply if they have other options. Feels like the owners want to get just big enough to sell. I am looking and so are A LOT of people.

Growth Attitude...

Pros

Free food and drinks. They are outside of downtown so parking for tenured employees is close and free. If you are hired in the past year, be prepared to walk 10 minutes in rain and snow to get in the building.

Cons

They spew on and on about living a growth attitude. Accept change. Embrace chaos. Work better and harder. None of this involves compensating their employees fairly. People go years without a raise but they get more and more work piled on. Those who stay longer than a year have drank the koolaid or are miserable. Most in upper management suck up to execs, run over other employees or have been around long enough to get where they are now. Most employees don't last a year or two. Businessolver is so worried about selling and positioning themselves they forget about what makes their company run: their employees! Everyone in the company works like dogs to line upper management's pockets.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy hear you are pleased with your co-workers, working along side of great people is a main driver of engagement. I am disappointed to hear you do not believe I want to hear more about your experience. Only one employee has ever taken me up on discussing his/her Glassdoor post. If I'm interpreting your comment correctly, you don't believe me and/or leadership and/or BSC wants to hear feedback. I am sorry you feel this way and hope you change your mind and reach out directly to me. mklipfel@businessolver.com / 515.343.2413
