      Pros

      Fast-paced and growing, rewarding experience with lots of little perks! On-site gym and a huge focus on wellness company-wide. I love not having to fight the downtown & WDM traffic every day. Great opportunity for upward career movement. Its awesome to be able to have direct access to executive team and see your hard work come to fruition.

      Cons

      Annual reviews and compensation vary per role. This isn't a workplace for slackers - go somewhere else. We work hard and play hard.

      Pros

      Fun environment with a lot of great opportunities. You will learn and see a lot in a short time. Very fast paced company where things change all the time (can be a con if that's not something you like). Great place to boost your resume. CEO is very approachable!

      Cons

      You will work a lot of hours with little to no down time. If you're looking for work - life balance, this is not the place for you. You will not get a review yearly and therefore will not have annually increases (make sure to negotiate your salary at hiring process).

      Pros

      The company has a lot of perks working for their ever changing fast growing company. There is business security in the form of hard work and dedication.

      Cons

      The company takes all career decisions personal and will not look at you once you leave the company as a possible rehire. They wear their emotions on their sleaves and won't give you a second chance.
