Pros

The company culture fosters personal growth and enables an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of unreal perks to reward extremely hard work. Fun people, my team are truly my extended family.

Cons

Hard to balance expected chaos with lack of structure. The "400 mile an hour train" that is a job at Businessolver isn't the right fit for many. If brought on, you are chosen in part for personality and talent but also for recognized work ethic. If not managed properly, a work/life balance can quickly become impossible.

Pros

Senior management is not only approachable, but knows everyone on a first name basis including our President and CEO. Great people. It's like a 2nd family. Great technology. The most brilliant IT staff I have worked with.

Cons

Lack of shared unity. Can be a bit crazy if you allow yourself to be caught up in the fast paced nature of the industry.

Work environment is supportive and encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Cons

Work volume and capacity is a concern especially during open enrollment when due dates are at risk. Tasks are often escalated due to late requirements or change in project scope, leaving less time for proper QA and testing. Salary compensation does not match up with increase in cost of living and health care premiums.
