Pros

I guess the kitchen snack offering was ok.

Cons

What a disaster. The company has ruined just about every title it’s bought. Oh, and upper management is racist and sexist and homophobic.

Pros

The employees are what make Bustle incredible. The benefits seem to be getting better every year. The HR team added a new family planning and fertility benefit called Carrot this year which is very inclusive and exciting. I've also noticed the emphasis on training for new managers this year. The atmosphere is great to work in I get along really well with my colleagues. I don't have a lot of touch points with the management team but they all seem great. The salary is competitive. I have a great relationship with my manager and we meet once a week. That isn't so common at larger companies, so I appreciate it.

Cons

The company has grown fast which means there are some obvious growing pains like having to learn and understand new processes that are necessary but may not have been necessary before. The office space is getting what seems close to capacity to it can be tricky to find meeting rooms during the day.
