Pros

Fun culture outside of the actual work. Colleagues are always there for you when things are not right.

Cons

restructuring often, abrupt layoffs, favoritism, pettiness. No room for growth, but lots of opportunities to take on more work/responsibilities with no pay increase or recognition. Immature leaders in certain departments, whispering, gossiping. EXTREMELY low pay, not competitive at all. They don't believe in/care about retaining and keeping valuable talent. If you work here be sure to keep a paper trail of communication, for your own sanity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. As a 100% employee-owned company, we value our owners' opinions across our many feedback channels including internal surveys, internal town hall meetings, monthly all-agency meetings, and open-door policy with the entirety of Leadership. To address some of your concerns, we recognize that organizational changes, such as restructuring in response to new business opportunities, can create uncertainty and impact the employee experience. We're committed to building an environment where all team members feel valued and have opportunities for growth. We are continuously working to improve our compensation and performance management practices to ensure they align with market standards. Our "pay for performance" model is designed to support this, but we understand there's always room for improvement, and your feedback will help guide us in the future. We strive to cultivate a culture of transparency and respect, and we take concerns about favoritism and communication seriously. We encourage open dialogue and would like to connect with you one on one to discuss your specific experience with this or any of the concerns listed above. Thank you again for your input, and for being part of our team. We are committed to constant improvement and are always here to listen.
