Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We value your feedback. Butler/Till wouldn’t be where we are today without our employee-owners showing up and making a difference for our clients, our partners, our communities, and each other. We're so grateful you are a part of that!

Pros

Good culture. Beautiful new office. Easy to make friends at similar ages.

Cons

Very low pay. Not much ability to switch clients. Not enough interaction with creative. Dull work. If you don't only want to focus on media, wouldn't come here.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our structure and culture empower us to create positive impact for our clients, for the communities in which we live and work, and for ourselves and we appreciate everything you have done to contribute to that during your time at Butler/Till. We are always actively working on enhancing our pay philosophy and the connection between performance and pay, as well as to stay competitive within the market. Our approach follows a "pay for performance" model, which encompasses various elements, both short and long-term, designed to be sustainable over time. Additionally, our philosophy aligns with the principle of employee ownership, meaning that individual contributions and the company's consistent high performance relate directly to our pay elements and play a significant role in determining an employees total compensation. We understand the significance of maintaining competitiveness in the market, which is why we regularly benchmark our pay elements to ensure we remain competitive. Thank you again for your feedback, we will continue to assess for any actions and/or changes that can make our workplace even better than it already is!

Pros

Great compensation. The ESOP (employee stock ownership program) is amazing: there are no shareholders other than the employees themselves. You get a massive contribution every year in stock, which works out to be a huge retirement savings package. The leadership here actually listens and changes. Even though I haven't been here all that long, I've seen the company continually making things better during that time. The employees here are really treated as a core group of stakeholders. The company keeps expanding, but in a healthy way. Great mix of both gigantic and specialty brands.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't found any real downsides here. There are certain things that go along with any agency: occasionally, you'll get slammed with work if there's a need.
