Pros

Fun culture, great education program, transparency from upper management, clear career path options, good benefits, really does feel like working with family.

Cons

It sometimes seems like many of the employees all have the same background and experience, which probably contributes to the formation of cliques, as others have mentioned. Also the salaries aren't great.

Pros

- Supportive, encouraging, transparent culture - Dog day Fridays - Committees for health and wellness, Fun committee, and Charity committee - Lots of room for growth! Supervisors truly listen to where you want to path your career - Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins with supervisor - ESOP! - Flex hours and summer hours available - Newly renovated building! - Cook-outs every Wednesday in the summer for lunch - Great benefits with very fair pay - Too many other awesome things to even list!

Cons

- The industry itself is extremely fast paced and demanding so a lot of times there's a lot of blood, sweat and tears involved!

Pros

Fun place to work! Dog day Friday's are my favorite embodiment of that (dogs can come to work!!). Everyone is really nice and considerate. If something personal comes up, everyone is eager to help and are totally understanding. Great work/life balance. Growing in size. Definite potential for career growth. Lots of opportunities for continuing media education.

Cons

As comes with the industry, the pay isn't the best. But, we have great benefits which help compensate this! The work can be stressful, but again that's the nature of the industry. And the understanding nature of everyone here makes the stress much less.
