I love their training program and I felt prepared for the RBT exam. They offer better benefits than some companies and better pay, too. I genuinely liked many aspects of this company.

Cons

Lack of support with some tough cases, and lack of communication with some BCBAs. This company is also better suited for those who live in Broward since the drive time can be wild.

Great company to work for with an ethical practice and team leaders (BCBA's) who are normally easy to contact and frequently checking in. They are also very flexible with your schedule!

Health Insurance and at times getting hours covered.
