Pros

The kids were great to work with

Cons

I didn't feel like I had enough training and was thrown into the fire. After watching basic RBT training videos to get your RBT license, they had me begin to work with a client, expecting me to be an expert. Whenever I had a concern or question on how to deliver therapy it would get brushed over. Very unorganized
