We maintain a confidential staff ethics hotline for these reasons. All staff are able to notify HR or our ethics hotline without fear of repressions.

Thank you for the feedback. Our team is continuously evaluating the RBT hourly rates from our competitors to be certain we are competitive and paying above average rates. We have increased our hourly rates significantly over the last year to attract qualified human services professionals into the field. Also, we do have room for professional growth. Butterfly Effects has an educational partnership with Endicott College, where RBTs receive a substantial tuition discount, tuition support from the company, free BCBA supervision, and student loan repayment benefits. The goal is to promote our RBTs to BCBAs. Presently, we have over 25 RBTs enrolled in the educational partnership.
