Pros

The kids and coworkers on the clinic mobile

Cons

Upper management is very bad. Condescending, only hire their friends, and I think one of the big boss’s daughters work there so she treats everyone like garbage and gets away with it. Don’t expect to move up at this company unless you are friends with a higher up or get in the inside. Skill and ABA knowledge and leadership are not appreciated at this company. It is a very toxic and sad culture.. Don’t bother.

Hello, Thank you for the review. I'm disappointed you had a bad experience working at Butterfly Effects. We take these issues very seriously and would have conducted an internal review if notified. We maintain a confidential staff ethics hotline for these reasons. All staff are able to notify HR or our ethics hotline without fear of repressions. Dr. Steve Woolf, President

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. Our team is continuously evaluating the RBT hourly rates from our competitors to be certain we are competitive and paying above average rates. We have increased our hourly rates significantly over the last year to attract qualified human services professionals into the field. Also, we do have room for professional growth. Butterfly Effects has an educational partnership with Endicott College, where RBTs receive a substantial tuition discount, tuition support from the company, free BCBA supervision, and student loan repayment benefits. The goal is to promote our RBTs to BCBAs. Presently, we have over 25 RBTs enrolled in the educational partnership. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D President
